working to advance community-informed, significant social impact
through adaptive strategy, dialogue and collaboration.
My goal is to help you and your business create meaningful, anti-racist systems change.
Since 2007, I have worked and trained to support many aspects of community welfare, including mental health research, sexual assault awareness advocacy, economic advancement, community organizing, and racial equity.
In 2016 I founded Empactify, a social welfare consulting firm to support organizations, individuals, and influencers devise strategy and create initiatives with significant social impact. Service expertise includes adaptive strategic planning, training and facilitation, employee and executive coaching, grant writing, and community asset mapping.
I hold a Master’s in Social Welfare with a concentration on communities, organizations and policy from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Art from the University of Miami. I also hold a certificate in Strategic Management from Georgetown University.
I look forward to connecting with you.
